Change 

Change is a scary thought to many. The idea of venturing out into the unknown. Leaving your comfort zone. Trying something out that you just can’t predict the outcome of. 

We see change as a negative occurrence when it in actual fact has so many benefits. Getting out of your comfort zone is a benefit in itself. You see people want a different life, a better life but are scared to do what’s needed to change it? You can’t expect change but be afraid of changing. Change is a positive sign. It could help you feel ‘brand new’. It’s a mood booster and a confidence builder. Change isn’t something to be afraid of, it’s something to welcome. Not all change is good but most of the time whether the change is good or bad, it is necessary. When something is necessary it often can’t be avoided. 

Remember that the more you push away change, the bigger the need for it. 

Change is healthy.
